They aim to standardize the infringement complaint process and protect the legitimate rights and interests of rights holders. Complainants are requested to read these guidelines carefully and submit materials as required.
Individual Complaints: Name, contact information, and address, accompanied by a scanned copy of a government-issued ID signed by the individual. Entity Complaints: Entity name, contact information, and address, accompanied by a scanned copy of the business license stamped with the official seal and a power of attorney.
Specify the type of infringement (e.g., duplication, tampering, unauthorized dissemination, etc.). Provide the full title/name of the infringing content and the specific network address (URL). Briefly describe the facts of the infringement and the requested action (e.g., take-down, deletion, or disconnecting specific links).
Copyright Proof: Copyright registration certificates, original manuscripts, proof of first publication, etc. Supporting Evidence: For music or literary works, you may provide demo recordings, timestamp certifications, or records of the creative process. Example: If complaining about song infringement, it is recommended to attach the original recording files and proof of creation time.
Provide an analysis of the correlation between the complained content and the ownership materials (e.g., comparison screenshots, descriptions of content similarity). Explain the actual impact caused by the infringement (e.g., economic loss, damage to reputation, etc.).
A statement declaring that the information provided is true and lawful, with a commitment to bear any losses incurred by the platform due to erroneous complaints. Example: "I guarantee that the content of this complaint is true and valid. If damages are caused by a false complaint, I am willing to bear the corresponding legal responsibility."

The platform will complete a preliminary review within 3 business days of receipt to confirm the completeness of the materials.
Complete Materials: The complaint will be forwarded to the complained party for review, and the results will be provided within 7 business days. Incomplete Materials: A notification for correction will be sent; processing will be suspended until materials are perfected.
The complainant will be notified of the progress via email or internal message, including actions such as take-downs, deletions, or disconnecting links.
Liability for False Complaints: According to Article 1196 of the Civil Code, if an erroneous notification causes damage, the complainant shall bear tort liability. Platform Disclaimer: After the platform fulfills its "Notice-and-Takedown" obligations, it shall not be liable for compensation unless it knew or should have known about the infringement.
